2nd Annual Intermountain Competition Clinic

Compete against Top Intermountain West competition

The clinic will be coordinated by Hoop Review’s Gerry Freitas.

All players will be included in The Hoop Review Scouting Report, covering the Western United States. An event report will also be sent out to over 2,000 college coaches and 50 national scouting services.

Players will also be included in the Intermountain Hoops Camp report.

Camp Format:

Intense teaching and exposure format where players will compete in highly competitive situations against top level competition.
The first half of the clinic will feature high intensity player development sessions.
The second half of the clinic players will be placed on teams to play in highly competitive games.
The clinic is designed to provide all players an opportunity to demonstrate their competitive skills to the college coaches, scouting services and media expected to attend.

5:00 - 5:10 p.m. Opening Remarks

5:10 - 5:20 p.m. Group warm up

5:20 - 6:15 p.m. Drills/Teaching Stations

6:15 - 6:25 p.m. Break

6:25 - 7:20 p.m. Drills/Teaching Stations

7:20 - 7:30 p.m. Break

7:30 - 10:00 p.m. Games

Camp Coordinator: Hoop Review’s Gerry Freitas. Hoop Review is one of the top West Coast scouting services.

Freitas has 21 years of coaching experience (18 at the 4 year college level) and 12 years of scouting service experience.

I understand that participation in the Intermountain Competition Clinic (hereafter referred to as “Event”) involves potential strenuous activity and may cause bodily and emotional injury to others or myself. Any participant who does not abide by the rules, regulations and policies established by the Event is subject to dismissal without reimbursement or recourse. I hereby waive and release Intermountain Basketball Association, Salt Lake Community College, event director and employees and all others associated with the event from any and all liability for any injury or illness, loss or liability while participating in the event. I hereby authorize the directors of the Event, event staff and trainers to act according to their best judgment in any emergency if I cannot be contacted. I understand that each event participant is required to have their own medical and accident insurance. I also understand that the Event retains the right to use for publicity and advertisements purposes, photographs and game films.
