2006 Intermountain Hoops Fall Showcase

SATURDAY OCTOBER 14, 2006

West High School Gymnasium

INVITATION ONLY EVENT

PARTICIPATION FEE $40 PER PLAYER

Utah's first showcase exposure event is designed to provide all players (grades 9 thru 12) an opportunity to demonstrate their skills and abilities to the NCAA Division 2, 3, Junior College and NAIA college coaches, scouting services and media expected to attend.

THE SHOWCASE

Play against the top players from across the state of Utah
All player information included in the Showcase Recap available to college coaches and media.
Each player will play in one showcase game.
All players will have individual athletic assessments completed.
Each showcase game will be videotaped.
All players will receive evaluation from the Intermountain Hoops Scouting Service.
All players will receive an Intermountain Hoops Fall Showcase jersey.

Schedule: Saturday October 14 3:15 p.m. Freshmen/Sophomore Game

4:30 p.m. Top 20 Sophomore Game

5:45 p.m. Junior/Senior Game

7:00 p.m. Top 20 Junior Game

8:15 p.m. Top 20 Senior Game

Admission: Adults $5, Students $2, Children under 12 Free

I understand that participation in the Intermountain Hoops Fall Showcase (hereafter referred to as “Event”) involves potential strenuous activity and may cause bodily and emotional injury to others or myself. Any participant who does not abide by the rules, regulations and policies established by the Event is subject to dismissal without reimbursement or recourse. I hereby waive and release Intermountain Basketball Association, West High School, Salt Lake School District, event director and employees and all others associated with the event from any and all liability for any injury or illness, loss or liability while participating in the event. I hereby authorize the directors of the Event, event staff and trainers to act according to their best judgment in any emergency if I cannot be contacted. I understand that each event participant is required to have their own medical and accident insurance. I also understand that the Event retains the right to use for publicity and advertisements purposes, photographs and game films. I also agree to the release of the above information to various scouting services , college coaches and media.
