2007 Girls Basketball Spring Fling 

ALL ROSTERS AND FEES REQUIRED BEFORE 1st GAME.

IMPORTANT TRAVEL INFORMATION:  There is heavy construction happening at 10600 South and State Street.  The State Street work extends north to 90^th South.  Please do not use the 10600 South or 9000 South Exit to get to Alta High School.

1.       All rosters and fees are required BEFORE your first game.  This year, the team coach will be asked to check in at the team’s first game.  We will collect any outstanding registration materials and fees at that time.  Also, we will need your team’s t-shirt sizes. 

2.      PLEASE CHECK THE SCHEDULE OFTEN AS CHANGES MAY OCCUR.  I will do my best to contact each team that may be affected by a change, but PLEASE be diligent and check the schedule on a regular basis.  Feel free to give this link to your players and parents so that they can also check the schedule.

5.      Tourney games are listed separately.  Please make note of each potential game.  **Note:  there are a few JV teams that will have a round-robin game AFTER the start of their division tourney—due to scheduling requests, some of the JV tourney games will begin the day before round-robin games are completed

6.      Teams designated (color coded) with a  "1" are varsity/club teams, a "2" is for JV teams, a "3" is for frosh/soph teams, and a "4" is for 7th/8th grade teams. 

7.      A reminder to your patrons and parents:  there will be a $1.00 admission fee at the door.  This applies to children 12 and older, high school students, parents, grandparents, and friends.  Also, please work with your parents and fans and encourage them to enjoy the competition, no matter how skilled or unskilled the play, and refrain from abusive language directed toward officials, the opposing team or the scorekeepers staffing the score tables. 

9.      Please remind your players to wear reversible jerseys with numbers.  Coaches, please bring your own warm-up basketballs.  If your players need to be taped for any reason, you need to bring your own taping supplies; we will not have a trainer on the premises.   We have ice available if needed for injuries.  Games will start on the hour.  Please be prepared to play your games!

**If you are traveling to Alta HS on I-15 Southbound, take I-80 East to Union Park Avenue—exit and merge right—continue through the intersection and you will be on 1300 East—travel 1300 East to 11000 South—take a right—Alta HS is on the corner of 11000 South and 1000 East.

**If you are traveling to Alta HS on I-15 Northbound, take the 12300 South Draper exit and merge right—continue on 12300 South to 700 East—take a left—travel 700 East to the 11000 South intersection—take a right and continue to 1000 East—Alta HS is on the corner of 11000 South and 1000 East.

**If you are traveling to Murray High School, take the 5300 South exit (from the north or the south) and head east—Murray HS is at the corner of 5300 South and State Street—there is parking directly in front of the gym off of 5300 South or there is a parking entrance on State Street that is only accessible if you are traveling south on State.

**If you are traveling to Olympus High School, take the I-80 East exit (from the north or the south)—continue to the 2300 East exit—Olympus HS is on 2300 East and 4055 South.

RIVERTON SUPERVISOR:  RON ENCE

            12476 South 2700 West, Riverton  

**If you are traveling to Riverton High School, take the 12300 South exit (from the north or the south) and head west to 2700 West—take a right and Riverton HS is a block or two ahead on your left.
